Jillian has found her passion facilitating and acting as a change agent, helping nonprofits, individuals, and multigenerational families explore next generation engagement.

Before joining Relative Solutions, Jillian was Director of Family Philanthropy at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, assisting multigenerational families in meaningful and deliberate philanthropy. She also served as adjunct faculty at Kennesaw State University’s Cox Family Enterprise Center, assisting families as they seek to move through the succession process.

Jillian is a highly respected speaker and facilitator, both nationally and internationally, on the topics of next generation engagement, family philanthropy, values identification, and generational personalities and perspectives. She is a certified consultant/speaker for 21/64, a nonprofit specializing in muti-generational engagement in philanthropy. Jillian sits on the Advisory Committee for the Southeastern Family Office Forum, at which she will lead the Next Gen Track for the 2022 Conference. She holds a Certificate in Family Wealth Advising (CFWA) and a Certificate in Family Business Advising (CFBA) from the Family Firm Institute and a BA in Elementary Education from Michigan State University. << Back to Team Page
